The founder correspondent is a retired professor from National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research. Professionally he is an educationist specializing in engineering education.

He has trained a large number of teachers from Engineering colleges and Polytechnic colleges in the Southern regional states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. He has also trained many teachers from overseas countries from South Asia, South African Countries and Latin American Countries.

He has produced nearly 500 educational video films. He has vast experience in Extension, Education and outreaches. He is a post Graduate from college of Engineering Guindy, specializing in High Voltage Engineering. He is also a post graduate diploma holder in Higher Education. He was trained in UK in the areas of Computer education, Economics of Educational Institutions and Media Production.
